As a marriage and family therapist I work with families to decrease chaos and create a more loving and understanding environment. This can be done with individuals, couples or families.
My work centers on behavioral modification as well as cognitive restructuring. I am also a personal coach and provide career and management skill development for individuals and managerial staff.
I have presented numerous workshops on motivational leadership, responsibility and integrity in today’s workplace, time and stress management and transitions in life as well as in the job market.
