In his “spare time”, Chef Brandon enjoys fly fishing, which is how he and wife Victoria (who runs the front of the house) dreamed up the name “Confluence”. The name carries a variety of meanings – two rivers coming together; both training for many years under Chef Binkley; their marriage and family; and making their dreams happen by owning their own restaurant.
At Confluence, they believe in serving up healthy options without sacrificing flavor. Their space boasts a cozy bistro interior as well as an open patio with mountain views. Join them for a wonderful experience and amazing food.
